MAAD is a nonprofit youth music program in Las Vegas providing professional instruction, mentorship, recoding, and real stage experience. MAAD is a structured, cohort-based artist development program that translates creative drive into disciplined artistic growth and real-world performance skills.
MAAD serves youth ages 8–19 across the Las Vegas Valley, especially young people who have fewer opportunities and need a positive, supportive outlet. Many participants are connected to schools, recreation centers, community organizations, public agencies, or juvenile justice programs, and they join through referrals from trusted partners and families.
MAAD is provided at no cost to participants, with cohorts offered based on program capacity. Program delivery is funded through grants, donations, and community partnerships that cover instruction, facility access, production, documentation, and program coordination so youth can participate regardless of financial situation.
Youth write and record authentic songs. Perform live to reflect their voice and growth.
Participants gain real stage experience that builds comfort, presence, and professionalism.
We track attendance and milestones to ensure youth finish strong and to measure program effectiveness.
Each cohort receives quality media assets that support portfolios, promotion, and reporting.
Youth use art and expression to process emotions, build self awareness, and develop healthier ways to cope and communicate.
